Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MobileSea Service Tool website, accounts and desktop software (together, the "Service"), operated by the MobileSea Team ("we", "us"). By creating an account, activating a plan or using the software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MobileSea Service Tool is professional software for servicing mobile devices across supported brands and chipsets. Service functions include, but are not limited to, IMEI repair/write, WiFi and Bluetooth MAC address repair, bootloader unlock/relock, FRP (Factory Reset Protection) removal, screen and account lock service, firmware flash and partition write, and NV, EFS, security and calibration data repair. Access requires a MobileSea account and an active plan. Supported models and functions change between releases and are documented in the changelog; availability of any specific model or method is not guaranteed.
The desktop software also presents an End User License Agreement which you must accept before it will run. These Terms and that agreement apply together; where the EULA is more specific about operating the software on a device, the EULA governs.
2a. Local law — your responsibility
Some service functions — for example IMEI repair, FRP removal and bootloader unlock — are restricted or prohibited by law in certain countries. It is your responsibility to verify what is lawful where you operate, and to use the Service only in compliance with those laws. We do not provide legal advice, and the availability of a function in the software is not a statement that it is legal for you to use.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- Your account is personal — do not share, sell or transfer it. Activations are tied to your account and the computer (hardware ID) you use the tool on.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your profile.
- We may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing, fraud or abuse.
4. Plans, activation & payments
- Plans (3, 6 or 12 months) can be purchased directly from us or through an official distributor or reseller listed on our team page. Purchases from anyone else are at your own risk and are not recognised by us.
- An activation starts when it is applied to your account and runs for the plan's duration. Every software update released during your plan is included.
- Activations are non-transferable. If you believe an activation was applied incorrectly, contact us or your reseller promptly and we will investigate.
5. Acceptable use — important
The Service is intended for authorized device servicing only. You agree that you will only service devices that you own, or that you are explicitly authorized to service by the device's owner, and that your use complies with the laws of your country. In particular you agree not to use the Service on devices you know or suspect to be lost, stolen or obtained unlawfully.
You are solely responsible for verifying ownership or authorization before performing any unlock, FRP removal or repair operation. We may cooperate with law-enforcement requests concerning misuse of the Service.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, patching or otherwise tampering with the software or its licensing system.
- Reselling activations without being an authorized reseller or distributor.
- Interfering with the Service's servers, or accessing them other than through the software and website.
- Using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
7. Software & updates
The desktop tool updates itself to the newest build automatically. Features and supported models may be added, changed or removed between releases. Antivirus software may flag low-level device-service tools; only ever download the software from this website.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Servicing mobile devices at firmware level carries inherent risk. You accept sole responsibility for outcomes including the device failing to boot, the device becoming bricked, data loss, IMEI, network or baseband issues, loss of warranty, hardware or software damage, legal consequences, and any other losses. You (and your customer) are responsible for backups before any operation, and for verifying the device model and firmware and understanding a function before running it. We do not warrant that any particular device, operation or method will work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MobileSea Team, its distributors and its authorized resellers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data or damaged devices — arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without refund of the remaining plan period, in cases of account sharing, licensing abuse, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
