End User License Agreement

This is the agreement shown inside MobileSea Service Tool. You must accept it before the software can be used — if it is declined, the application closes. It is published here so you can read it in full before downloading or purchasing. See also our Terms of Service, which cover accounts, plans and payments.

1. Agreement

By using MobileSea Service Tool ("the Software"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not continue using the Software.

2. What this software is for

This Software is a Professional Service Tool designed for repairing, servicing, and diagnosing mobile phones.

It may only be used on devices you legally own, or on devices for which you have received explicit permission from the legal owner. Use on stolen, lost, or otherwise unauthorized devices is strictly prohibited.

3. Functions of the software

The Software provides Service Functions including, but not limited to:

  • IMEI Repair / Write
  • WiFi & Bluetooth MAC Address Repair
  • Bootloader Unlock / Relock
  • FRP (Factory Reset Protection) Removal
  • Screen Lock / Account Lock Service
  • Firmware Flash / Partition Write
  • NV, EFS, Security, and Calibration Data Repair

Some of these functions (for example IMEI repair, FRP removal, Bootloader Unlock) may be restricted or prohibited by law in certain countries. It is the user's responsibility to verify compliance with their local laws and to use the Software lawfully before using it.

Before using the Software, you must confirm the following:

  • The device to be serviced must be your legally owned phone, or you must have received permission from the legal owner to repair or provide service on it.
  • The device to be serviced must not be a stolen, lost, or legally-disputed device.

The Developer and Distributor accept no responsibility for problems caused by using the Software for unlawful purposes, or for use on unauthorized devices.

4. Warranty

This Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, and the Developer offers no warranty of any kind.

The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will work on every device, will be completely free of errors, or will fully meet all of the user's requirements.

5. User responsibility

The user shall be solely responsible for any of the following that may arise from using the Software:

  • The device failing to boot
  • The device becoming bricked
  • Data loss
  • IMEI, network, or baseband issues
  • Loss of warranty
  • Hardware or software damage
  • Legal consequences
  • Any other losses

The Developer, Distributor, and Reseller accept no responsibility whatsoever for the above issues.

6. Things to know before proceeding

Before initiating any operation, always do the following:

  • Back up all important data.
  • Verify that the device model and firmware are correct.
  • Understand the function before executing it.

Firmware Flash, Partition Write, Bootloader modifications, and Security Partition edits can permanently damage the device.

7. No reverse engineering

The following are prohibited with respect to this Software:

  • Reverse Engineering
  • Decompilation
  • Disassembly
  • Cracking
  • Attempts to obtain the Source Code
  • Redistribution without permission

8. License termination

If you violate these terms, the Developer may suspend or terminate your license without prior notice.

Confirmation

By clicking "Accept" in the Software you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement
  • You agree with all provisions
  • You will use the Software in accordance with the law
  • You take full personal responsibility for all operations performed with the Software
