Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; we never see or store them in plain text.
• License & tool data — a hardware identifier (HWID) of the computer running the tool, your tool version, activation plan and expiry. This is what ties your activation to your account and prevents license abuse.
• Purchase history — activations and credit transactions on your account, including which official reseller or distributor processed them.
• Contact messages — the name, email, topic and message you submit on the contact page.
• Security data — if you enable two-factor authentication, the 2FA secret and recovery codes needed to verify your sign-ins.

We do not collect payment-card details on this website. Payments are handled directly with us or with your reseller through the channel you choose.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service: sign-in, plan activation, software updates and support.
• To enforce licensing and prevent fraud, account sharing and abuse.
• To respond to your messages and provide customer support.
• To send service notices that affect your account (we do not send marketing email).

3. Cookies

We use cookies only to run the Service: a session cookie for sign-in, and — if you choose "keep me signed in" — a remember-me cookie. Our sign-in pages use Google reCAPTCHA to block bots, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only:

• with service providers needed to run the Service (for example Google reCAPTCHA on sign-in pages; contact-form messages are delivered to our support team via Telegram);
• with the official reseller or distributor who processes your activation, to the extent needed to apply it to your account;
• when required by law or to investigate misuse of the Service.

5. Security

Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing (bcrypt). Connections to the website use HTTPS. Two-factor authentication is available on every account, and we recommend enabling it. No system is perfectly secure — keep your credentials private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Your choices

• You can update your name, phone and password in your profile at any time.
• You can enable or disable two-factor authentication in your profile.
• To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us via the contact page. Note that deleting your account ends any active plan.

8. Children

The Service is professional software for device technicians and is not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
